## Commit messages

We use commitlint with husky to standardize commit messages.
Commit format should be the following:

`type(scope?): subject`

`scope` is optional; multiple scopes are supported (current delimiter options: `/`, `\` and `,`). Acceptable types are:

- build
- chore
- ci
- docs
- feat
- fix
- perf
- refactor
- revert
- style
- test

## Versioning

We use [Semantic Versioning](http://semver.org/) `VERSION=major.minor.patch` for versioning npm packages, Docker images and Helm Charts
